Do I need an account to write to you?

No, and you never will for anything on RealEvents. Leave an email address so there is somewhere to reply to, and that is the whole requirement.

How fast do you reply?

Within two working days, usually the same day. A real person reads every message, which is also why we ask you to check the links above first.

Can you delete my event and its guest list?

Yes. Send the public link from the address you created it with and we remove the event and every reply attached to it. Guests can delete their own reply themselves at any time.

I found a bug. What do you need from me?

The event link, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph. Phone or desktop, and which browser, if you know.

Will you build the feature I need?

Sometimes, and faster than you would expect for small things. Tell us what you were trying to do rather than the feature you had in mind: the underlying problem is usually solvable another way this week.
